When their families began to fall ill, women in the San Diego/tijuanna area began to question their surroundings. The EHC taught them, through the SALTA program, what they can do in their community to help create a healthier environment for their kids and their neighbors. The SALTA program helps shape the new leaders in our community by giving them the tools they need to create community change.
