The Cine’mation program returns with films that explore the wide spectrum of animation, from family fun exploring ancient Mexican legends to art-house films delving into serious political and cultural messages. This colorful showcase again brings life to 2-D, 3-D and stop-motion animation with a colorful program to delight all ages!

UNA PELICULA DE HUEVOS  - Presented in Spanish Only

 

This animated Mexican blockbuster from the Riva Palacio brothers began as a series of Internet based shorts, and now arrives as a feature film with the story of an egg that refuses to become breakfast and sets off on a journey to return to the farm to become a chicken. This film is full of double entendres in Spanish making this a cartoon for big kids. Our heroes are voiced by Bruno Bichir and Carlos Espejel.
