Working with youth from the Vietnamese, Filipino, and Spanish communities, MEDIA ARTS Center San Diego (MACSD) is producing three short documentaries educating these communities about the empowerment to be gained and the service to be given, through participation in the democratic process. That is, via civic engagement and voter registration.  These three 8-10 minute video documentaries are in the community’s specific language (Filipino, Spanish and Vietnamese).  These documentaries will be utilized for years to come as an educational tool in their communities.
