[Press-play DVD is a like a standard movie DVD that you purchase with a feature film. The DVD plays on most DVD players when inserted. This term is used to make a clear distinction from a Data DVD, which is the type of DVD that you have stored digital files as they would appear on your computer (word docs, quicktime movies, etc). A Data Disc or Data DVD will not play in a DVD machine but the documents can be opened to read or watch on a computer.]
