Please note that Film Pass holders will recieve 11 vouchers that must be redeemed for tickets to specific screenings. The Film Pass does NOT allow access to auditoriums without a ticket but does guarentee PREFFERED SEATING up to 20 minutes prior to show time. Vouchers may be redeemed for tickets at the Concierge Desk / Will Call at UltraStar Mission Valley Cinemas in Hazard Center on March 8th. Pass holders are encouraged to make their film selections as early as possible to ensure ticket availability for popular screenings.

CONSIERGE DESK / WILL CALL
After you have purchased your pass or tickets on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please bring this e-mail along with your ID to pick-up your order at the 2008 San Diego Latino Film Festival Consierge Desk /Will Call located at the UltraStar Mission Valley Cinemas in Hazard Center. Consierge Desk /Will Call will be open beginning March 6 thru March 16 from 4 PM to 10 PM on weekdays and from 11 AM to 10 PM on weekends.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
An allotment of seats is reserved at every screening for pass holders. Pass holders will be allowed preferred entrance into theatres up to 20 minutes prior to show time or until the pass holder allotment has been reached. Early arrival at all screenings is recommended. Passes do NOT guarantee seating and pass holders may not always be able to attend the film program of their first choice.
