The 15th Anniversary San Diego Latino Film Festival (March 6-16) is about much more than just film. The festival not only provides a great opportunity to screen some of the best Latino films each year, but also the opportunity to celebrate Latino visual artists and musicians. Check out the amazing concerts and exhibitions by visiting the Sonido Latino! Parties and Arte Latino sections of our website.
In addition to the annual Sonido Latino! Latin Music Concert Series and Arte Latino! Art Exhibit, once again the festival also hosts exciting Tu Cine! Student Outreach Screenings for local middle and high schools students, presents educational workshops for independent film/video makers, and has put together a wonderful collection of feature films for families and their teen-aged kids.
Special Presentations also for the 2008 San Diego Latino Film Festival include: 2nd Annual Cine'Mation, 3rd Annual Cine Gay, 2nd Annual Borders on Film, and Hecho en Argentina: A Celebration of Argentine Cinema.
